Recently an RV sold in Dubai for its asking price of $3.1 million. This hefty price tag put the RV on record as the world’s most expensive RV ever sold.

But why would someone pay so much for an RV?

Well for starters, the outside of the record-setting RV is covered in gold. Also, the RV is a double-decker that has tons of amenities, including a pop-up rooftop terrace, fireplace, master bedroom, underfloor heating, self-cleaning technology, a top speed of 93 mph, and much more.

Jetpacks Are No Longer A Thing of the Future (Video)

Last weekend, the Smithsonian Institute hosted its annual “Future is Here” festival, a two-day event which celebrates, “space, science fiction and the technologies of tomorrow”. As part of the festival, the company Jet PI showed off its new fully-functional jetpack.

The jetpack works by combining nitrogen gas with hydrogen peroxide in the presence of a silver catalyst, producing highly-compressed jets of steam, which provide the thrust. Watch the pilot take his jetpack for a quick 20-second spin in the atrium of the Ronald Reagan Building in Washington, D.C.
